1 task of your organism is Comfort. Comfortable sleeping and wakefullness, good memory and attention, absense of trauma? no feeling of a tight hat( very important). Otherwise your inner clock go too fast.

3. Your feet. Early in the morning you run to your work? and there is a little piece of cotton in your boot. Your will hobble returning home. You may fell no pain , but your subconscious do feel.
4 task. No little stone in your boots, no food between teeth, no pain in your back. YES. No-feeling-of-tight-hat is more important then your unhappy back or teeth or feet.
